Megan Burton, burton3@gwm.sc.edu, is an assistant professor in elementary mathematics education at the University of South Carolina.� Her research interests are centered on elementary mathematics teacher change in both the pre-service and in-service stages.� The changes studied focus around content knowledge for teaching mathematics, technology, and differentiation of instruction.

C.J. Daane, cdaane@bamaed.ua.edu, is a professor of mathematics education at the University of Alabama.� Her research interests include mandated state-wide initiatives in mathematics and mathematics teacher efficacy.

Judy Giesen, jgiesen@bamaed.ua.edu, is an associate professor in educational research at the University of Alabama. Her research interests include multivariate statistics, meta-analysis, hierarchical multiple regression, factor analysis, psychometric theory, and test development.
