Ilana Margolin is a senior lecturer at the M.ED programs at Levinsky College of Education. She is also a co-leader of a professional community of superintendents in the Ministry of Education. Her research interests include teacher learning in professional communities, leadership and organizational change.

Hayuta Regev is a senior lecturer at Levinsky College of Education. She is a mathematical methods supervisor who focuses on improving the mathematical discourse among student teachers and pupils at school. Her research interests include teaching mathematics and mathematical discourse.
