Dr. Jill Mizell Reddish is an assistant professor at the State University of West Georgia. Her teaching responsibilities include teaching courses in diagnosis and remediation in mathematics as well graduate elementary mathematics methods courses. She has a doctorate degree in Education from the University of Georgia. Her research interest include: mathematics education, assessment in education, and diversity issues.

Dr. Janie Cates has a doctorate degree in Mathematics Education from Florida State University. She is the county mathematics supervisor for Douglas County Schools. She is an adjunct professor for the State University of West Georgia and teaches elementary, middle, and secondary mathematics methods courses.
